The five-star Ruby Collection apartments opened in November 2018 – just in time for summer.

Daily breakfast. Tick. A Kids Club session for the children – tick. Waterpark – yes, absolutely free. Daily housekeeping, WiFi and local telephone calls are all included too.

These apartments are perfect for families. Why bother squishing into a hotel room when you can have a whole apartment?

Ruby’s 30-floor four tower one offers 230 one, two and three-bedroom apartments and Sky suites along with 13 accessible ground floor villas.

The apartments are suitable for couples through to families of eight. Each Gold Coast family apartment has a spacious living room, full kitchen, a laundry and 24-hour check-in.

Ruby CEO David Brook says Ruby’s Gold Coast family apartment construction is on track thanks to the beautiful Queensland weather.

“We’re on track to receive the keys and commence fit-out in September,” David says.

“As soon as we have the keys, my team will hit the ground running.”

His team are called “Ruby Ambassadors” and they are being trained to assist with every guest need.

“They will be offering a new level of customer service and an exciting array of entertainment ideas for kids and adults to ensure it’s a holiday to remember,” David says.

Ruby will also have a digital concierge – so you can order everything you want without talking to anyone.
