The 110-acre Hollywood backlot is open to the public seven days a week. This is the place that brought Batman, Argo, The Big Bang Theory, Casablanca, Pretty Little Liars, La La Land, Friends and Gilmore Girls to life. To name just a few. It also has a huge Harry Potter exhibit.

The studio is in Burbank, a little more than an hours’ drive from Anaheim. The easiest way to get here from Anaheim is by train or bus. Several companies also offer day tours with pick up and drop off from hotels.

Once here, families can choose from several unique tours.

A three-hour guided tour will visit the Warner Bros. Archive. At DC Universe: The Exhibit, you can see the original props and costumes from the Justice League film set, including Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg, The Flash, Batman and Superman.

The magical second floor of the Archive houses the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts exhibits, with authentic costumes and props used on the set of the films on display.

The tour also stops at the Batcave, where you can see Batman’s most famous vehicles, including the Tumbler from The Dark Knight trilogy and the Batmobile from the 1989 film starring Michael Keaton.

The tour concludes at Stage 48: Script to Screen, where film fans can journey through the phases of film and TV production – from scripting to awards season.

You can ride a broomstick and pretend you are a student of Hogwarts alongside Harry Potter. Fans of the hit TV show Friends will instantly recognise the orange couch at the authentic Central Perk Café. Hang out with your friends on the real set used in the show for an unforgettable photo op.
