The best family hotel rooms in Anaheim

Anaheim California is the number one destination for families heading to the United States. If you’re planning a trip to Disneyland, this is the town to stay in. But which hotel should you choose?

Clementine Hotel & Suites is surrounded by palm trees and has a lovely barbecue area lit by lanterns at night, an outdoor pool lined with banana beds and a spa. The bright and colourful hotel was previously known as Residence Inn Anaheim Maingate.

If you’re travelling with family or friends, this hotel has the best rooms. 

The light and airy condominium-style suites are beautifully decorated and each one has a full kitchen. Families can choose from cosy Studio Suites with one queen bed and a sofa bed, One-Bedroom Suites with two queen beds and a sofa bed (bedroom is separated), and a Bi-Level Loft with two queens, a sofa bed, a king bed and two bathrooms. Clementine Hotel & Suites also has two-bedroom suites in which one room has a queen bed and the second has two queen beds. They also have a sofa bed and two bathrooms. Most suites also have a fireplace.

The hotel has a fitness centre, sports court and a children’s playground with two slides and a slippery dip. Parents can keep an eye on their little ones and watch them play from a picnic table or bench nearby.

Buffet breakfast and Wi-Fi are included. Clementine has laundry facilities, a business centre and a Disneyland Resort desk on site where you can buy tickets to the theme parks or book other tours. You can catch a shuttle to Disneyland Resort for a small fee, or drive from the hotel.

A small market sells essentials including bread, nappies and bottled water, plus there’s a grocery delivery service available where your order is delivered to your in-room kitchen.
