Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando showcases the magic of showbiz with thrilling attractions, Broadway-style shows and world-class family entertainment. Lovers of Disney movies, television, music and theatre will find no shortage of magic at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Spread over 135-acres, the park previously known as MGM Studios was re0named in 2009. Today, it is split into seven lands. Some of the highlights are:

Sunset Boulevard – Inspired by L.A.‘s famous Hollywood strip, take a walk down Sunset Boulevard at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Immediately recognisable is the famous Tower of Terror rising high above the mains street. Channel your inner rock legend at Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, a intensity indoor coaster with an epic soundtrack. Catch a live show at one of the two outdoor amphitheatres and meet your favourite characters as they stroll down the strip.

Animation Courtyard Star Wars fans will be in their element at Animation Courtyard. The Star Wars Launch Bay is a multi-sensory space where guests can meet their favourite characters, check out treasured memorabilia and snap up some awesome merchandise. There are also a number of live and animated shows to see. Voyage of The Little Mermaid is a live show not to be missed.

Toy Story Land – The newest edition to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Toy Story Land opened in June 2018.  You’ll find an epic rollercoaster, arcade games and other fun attractions all in the theme of the much-loved Toy Story series. Strap in and take a ride on the Slinky Dog Dash, a fast-paced roller coaster full of curves and drops. Head to Toy Story Mania and blast your way through the carnival-themed 4D arcade. Swing by Woody’s Lunch Box for a quick snack and meet the Green Army men that patrol the park.


Good to knows

Three main resorts are located nearby – Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort, Disney’s All-Star Music Resort and Disney’s All-Star Movie Resort.

You can take a water taxi directly from Disney’s Hollywood Studios to Epcot. It’s usually faster and less crowded than the buses and monorail.
